Vice President Supply Chain

Mark joined Bluegrass Ingredients July 2018. In his role as Vice President of Supply Chain, he is responsible for key aspects of the company’s supply chain activities, including procurement relationships for milk, cream, condensed, butter, and most dry dairy ingredients. Mark has more than 35 years of experience in the dairy and food sector, including roles in international sales and marketing and general management. Prior to joining Bluegrass, Mark served in high-level posts at DairyAmerica, Lactoland U.S., Dairymen, Inc., and Tedford/Tellico Inc.. Mark has a Master of Science degree in agribusiness administration from the University of Kentucky.
