Try it yourself.

  1. Add all ingredients (except ground beef) to warm water (110 F).
  2. Stir until BGI Blue Cheese Concentrate CNC0012 and BGI Romano Concentrate Powder CNP0003 are well blended, and combined with all other ingredients.
  3. Place ground beef in a large bowl.
  4. Pour wet concentrate/seasoning mixture into bowl with beef.
  5. Mix until thoroughly combined, scoop into desired size (recommend 2-ounce scoop),
  6. Pat into burger shape, and cook to desired temperature.
