Try it yourself.

  1. Add Annatto Color to water portion
  2. Heat water/color to 100-110F
  3. Hydrate Starch into water with very high shear until dispersed
  4.  At 135F, add Vegetable Oil and BGI Cheddar Concentrate CNC0001 and BGI Brown Butter Concentrate CNC0013
  5. With high shear mixing, add NFDM, Salt, and BGI Lemon Flavor BDF0616
  6. Continue mixing with high hear while heating
  7.  At 150-160F, add Tomato Powder, Red Bell Pepper Powder, and Jalapeño Powder
  8. At 170F, turn off high shear mixer and add in Mild Green Chilies
  9.  Continue mixing with low shear until a target temperature of 175F
