Andrea Sherrill

Andrea Sherrill has joined Bluegrass Ingredients as Vice President of Human Resources, effective September 2024. Andrea brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in strategic HR leadership. With over 17 years of experience, her HR career spans the corporate, manufacturing, and education sectors, where she has successfully led initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Prior to her role at Bluegrass Ingredients, Andrea held the CHRO role with a public higher education institution, and key HR roles with a global Tier I automotive supplier. Andrea is a Certified DiSC Facilitator and holds HR certifications from both SHRM and HRCI. Her innovative approach and dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture align perfectly with Bluegrass Ingredients values and goals.
