Reconstitute BGI Lemon Juice Powder BDF0423 at 88%
Bring 500 g Water to boil
Whisk in Garbanzo Flour and boil 1 min at medium-high heat. Turn to medium-low and continue whisking 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Pour into a container and place in the fridge. Cool completely (overnight).
Add cooled mixture to a food processer with all other ingredients except oil. Turn mixer on and slowly turn to high.
Slowly drizzle oil in until mixture is well incorporated
