David joined Bluegrass Ingredients in September 2019. David has more than 35 years of experience working in the food industry, with expertise in areas including quality assurance, R&D, technical services and sales. Prior to joining Bluegrass, David worked for several large food companies including Dairy Farmers of America, Land O’ Lakes, Dupont, Kraft-Heinz, and Beatrice Foods. David has a degree in food science from the University of Tennessee and is an active member of the Institute of Food Technologists.
