Mark Schroeder

Mark Schroeder joined Bluegrass in September 2019. Mark’s professional career includes a broad spectrum of experiences. He was a Senior Partner in Deloitte’s M&A practice. After retiring from Deloitte, Schroeder spent four years at the Financial Accounting Foundation establishing and leading the review of the FASB and GASB financial accounting standards. He was employed as an advisor to the senior management and audit committee of Uber. Most recently, Mr. Schroeder was CFO and Chief Compliance Officer of a start-up private equity firm where he built the finance and compliance functions including financial accounting and investor reporting, finance IT, tax, risk, and internal controls. He graduated with high honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in accounting.
